Went out on a charter with some folks who don’t fish much and don’t know how to clean fish. The charter did a great job cleaning the fish. But we still had to deal with the lateral line and those little bones so i made a video for my friends who don’t fish much.
I know everyone knows how to do this but i thought I would share the video anyway.

Bee doing that for years. Nice white meat . I cut all that belly meat out as well. Short fillet on the one side.

Me to. The last time I cleaned walleye was the first time I ever took them out.

I've always cut them out with a knife but this looks much easier and faster.
