Fishing Report InnerBay Eyes.

Landed in the channel south of bait Island in 9 FOW. Two pike and then this hit.
Pickerel that looks more blue in colour than those we catch off the point when down rigging.

The blue walleye, also called the blue pike, was a unique color morph of walleye which was endemic to the Great Lakes of North America. Morphometric studies led biologists to classify the blue walleye as a separate species in 1926, although it was later downgraded to a subspecies.Wikipedia

Definitely more blue than yellow and weighed about 3.5 lbs.
