Inner bay perch

My son has a 14 foot tinner with a 9.9 and is looking to find some perch in the inner bay. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Ec4 area is all I've heard of being decent so far... had a bit of luck south of ec10 toward pottahawk but nothing in any great numbers at all. Further off just sport fishing the large mouth bass closer to shore.
