The G.R.C.A has made the whole rails to trails a no possion or carry a firearm on the whole west side of the grand. The only way to hunt the grand now is to get permission from a land owner on the east side, which is impossible, people won't let u access the gand from there property. We are slowly loosing our resource to hunt the grand after freeze up. I have heard that O.F.A.H is looking in to it to try to come to a compromise
