Hey guys,
Well this ice fishing season has sucked something fierce. Averie and I got those rainbows and we've only had like 4 days of safe ice on our pond... Anyway, before the ice completely melted we got in a single day of crappie fishing... We just assumed we'd be able to get maggots at one of the shops we usually go to in Brantford but they were out of stock... so we improvised by going to Pet Smart to buy meal worms... and it worked! So if you're looking for crappie bait, and you can't find anything local... check out the pet shops. Here's the video we put together... I'm hoping we get a couple of more days on some local ponds at the end of the month, or early March... long range looks semi-almost promising for small ponds.
