Built and placed a third permanent deer stand today. Years of success in all three areas. We’re tired of sitting in the wind. They sit on a section of construction scaffolding and have sliding plexiglass windows. Swivel office chair on carpeted floor. Now need to find more scaffolding.

well done, a little tree/shrub trimming and your all done.
 
Wow ! Mine are just big platforms in the crutch of a Maple about 16 feet high, can actually handle two guys but super comfy for one. I love the security of how solid they are even with a wind and the ladder is lag bolted to the tree also. I have to admit at 66 yrs. old shooting from a shed looks very appealing.
 
Brilliant ! Great way to test a spot ! Dang it GPS, you got me thinking about one now ! I'm going to purpose this idea to my gang this year.
 
Not sure what we where thinking when we built the stair sets, but since installing we removed every other step.
 
I still have a few tree stands, but ever since I turned 60, nine years ago I like to be inside and out of the wind and elements. Tree stand I need to get out after a few hours, with the shack I can comfortably sit until lunch.
 
looks like a potential Air-BNB.......lol

Private and secluded loft available for rent, no bed, no bath enjoy being rustic.
