Can't Believe This One

That Charter operator should loos his Charter license for good and that other idiot band from
Canada for life it's good were the money went but i don't think he was charged enough
 
I don't read anywhere of a charter boat. He was charged with harassing wildlife with a motor vehicle...figuring he was in control of the boat.
