Got the OK to return to work on January 12th.with the limit of no climbing and no lifting. As I mostly sit at my desk I think I can handle that. The new hip is coming along well but the shoulder will take quite a bit more time to come around.

Good news for sure . My wife is recovering from shoulder surgery so I know first hand how it affects a person
