its time for me to update my classic stradics..

Shopping list for 2 new stradic CI4 4000 XG FB spinning reels...
mount them on 2 new okuma SST salmon/steelhead 9' rods (medium) 8 -17lb
I need a 1000 yd spool of gamma 10 lb test in moss green (or 2 X 300 yds)

Any help to find new stock & value would be appreciated...

Is this the Gamma line your looking for @mick? I couldn't find anywhere that sells it here. This is an 1100 yd. spool (also have smaller or 3,000yd. spools) from the manufacturer directly located in Oil City, Pennsylvania.

absolutely that is an attractive price on these reels...looks like a good supplier..
the okuma rods can maybe wait a little.. for a possible sale...I am not to picky
ya the gamma line in moss green has been very good...and i didn't know you can buy it fresh direct from the manufacturer & its location...yep thats a buy..

I got to coordinate receiving the shipments as i am not at home...shouldn't be a problem...I have ordered lots of hard to find & get equipment..prices are decent...and theres been no problems yet...

Those new Shimano reels look really good and they have always made class products. (y)
 
I had plans to go to the Greater Niagara Fishing and Outdoor EXPO in NF NY this weekend, but Mother Nature crapped on that idea.

There's a distinctly different group of exhibitors at the show.

I was looking forward to talking to the people who make the products I have and use on the boat.

Already on the calender again for 2020.
