will it freeze up ?

I believe the water in the marsh will be hard come friday morning.. if no wind and clear i think the bay will freeze over as well ??

-9 and -4 is gunna put some good ice in the marsh for sure the bay should stay fairly open on Thursday with 50km wind but I would say come Friday couple hundred yards out from shore would defiantly have a skiff at least on it
