Where's the meat?

Every once in a while I do a dish that is meatless. Why? Sometimes just for a change, sometimes based on what’s in the fridge or sometimes just to generate a conversation about the best sources of protein. I made a Cauliflower Curry this week with cauliflower, red lentils, pearl couscous, spinach, onion, garlic, broth (used homemade chicken broth so it wasn’t fully vegetarian) and of course curry powder. The recipe called for a dollop of a topping made out of yogurt, lime juice and cilantro. Sorry about the cilantro for @hvyhaul and others who can’t eat it. @stomp gave it an in-person thumbs up!

Some people have a genetic predisposition to cilantro tasting like soap, rather than the wonderful flavour it is.
