what happen to lake erie walleye/pickerel for dinner?

frozen and not fresh right..

soak the fillets in rich butter milk for 20 minutes tops..that will freshin um up..

I drive from Milton once a month to “the pizzeria” in Niagara Falls.. they freeze well and are my personal favourite.

Rumor is one is supposed to open in Mississauga soon. “Cup and char”…. Omg the sauce made in house
