What a jerk!

I love heat, and oh man does this one deliver. Marinaded the pork in the jerkey seasoning for 3 hours, fried onions, garlic then the jerked pork. Added water and simmered for an hour. Not too many dinners get my eyes watering and my brow sweating. Serious dopamine rush

Like to do Jerk Chicken Thighs (boneless), Busha Browne’s. Yours sounds way to hot for me, but I guess you can adjust the quantity.
