Took my new used boat down to Bradfields for a day of fishing with my neighbour. She fired right up and all was going good as we idled out the channel. About half way out the engine just quit. No warning at all. We could not get it to start, no spark and no turning at all. Like someone turned a switch off. Still had 12v power for the radio and gps. Checked the kill switch and that was fine.
Thankfully a few guys were coming by and gave us a tow back to the dock. It's good to see there are nice people out there in this day and age.
So now she sits at Proctors waiting to cost me a bundle im sure.
This little incident sure makes me want to buy that kicker motor now. [}
