holly crap, looks like yo could feed all of 68 !!! I don't know if I'd prefer the steaks to the beef ribs.... sure that you will be eating them all.
 
That looks so perfectly aged, wish I could try just one steak. Please.
And those ribs will grill up nicely.

45 days seems like the right amount of time.I've done one 60 days once.There is a definite difference in flavour with the added time.

smoke the ribs, we do pork ribs on our Traeger and they come out just fall off the bone perfect. Takes 6 hours though, worth it. Make sure to go to the beer store first....lol

I have a Traeger too so they will be going on there. I always have enough beer ,even when I do a brisket.lol
