Made another batch of my family famous spicy Walleye tacos which disappeared as fast as I could assemble them.

Fish was cut into chunks and seasoned with a mix of Season salt, Black pepper, Jalapeño dust, smoked paprika, garlic powder and some dry mixed herb seasoning that I ground into dust with the back of a spoon.
Dusted all the fish chunks on all sides with the spice mix and mixed well in a bowl. Left to marinate for 30mins prior to coating them with Cajun fish coating from Outdoor Flavours ( got it from Dixie Dairy)

Fried in refined Avocado oil at 365 until golden and dusted a 2nd time with remaining seasoning after draining.

Cilantro Lime slaw is one bag of Dole colorful coleslaw that I go thru with a pair of scissors to chop down any larger pieces. Squeeze half a fresh lime on top of the slaw. Add the tops from a large bunch of cilantro finely chopped and a few tablespoons of mayo to bring it all together.

Assembly is a regular white tortilla wrap warmed in a hot skillet on both sides, add fish chunks, stripe of Spicy Mayo (Bento brand from sushi section) and generous amount of the slaw. Enjoy!

Sorry didn't get any early photos of the seasoned fish before they were cooked.

Yes indeed, we worked hard for them on Tuesday morning :)

Erie wasn't too happy on Tuesday at the Port Stanley bouy with that North wind!
