The North Shore Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society is holding its annual dinner on May 25 at the Courtland Community Centre. Tickets $70 single, $100 couple. Excellent meal, silent auction, live auction, raffle. Proceeds support upland habitat creation work. Last year, the chapter funded research into if West Nile Virus is affecting grouse and turkeys, habitat creation and a youth hunt. Send me a personal message for tickets.
