River Specks/Browns around Selkirk?

Hi all,

Picked up fly fishing recently (tenkara - for finessing small streams) and was wondering if there were any fishable areas around Selkirk where I could find specks or browns. I checked fish-online but there isn't much there, however in my area fish-online doesn't mark 75% of fishable streams.

I know it's a long shot but figured I would ask.

That is not something that you would want to make public knowledge. The fishing will get wiped out in a few weeks if it becomes public

Agreed with above.....No trout angler in their right mind would share that info. Nor would anyone that has respect and understands the risks of naming small, fragile fisheries on Social Media.

Small streams are much different than lake Erie, crowds can do damage and ruin a spot quickly. Theres spots on the great lakes I won't even advertise
