Proposed changes to Migratory Birds Regulations could end baiting

Just leave it alone it's not broken ..Why is it, government always whats to fix something that doent need fixed
 
Last fall, there weren't very many ducks. Warm weather delayed the migratory pattern but wasn't there enough baits to attract the birds at LP?
 
Sorry to ask but why would you say it could put an end to the Waterfowl unit ???
Did I miss something and I so please let us know.

The flooding of field and hunting over them is BAITING not feeding
 
"It is proposed to discontinue the issuance of bait authorizations as the recommended option going forward"

The unit would no longer be able to use the feeders.
