I use just water to mix it , but I make it thinner so its not a thick batter on the fish

I have been using club house English style for years your pic is how it should look maybe I just have it to thick or your like a model with a camera will thin it out more next time thanks

I use club house beer batter..I should try the English fish and chip one..I to thin the batter..i also use canadian fisherman, I use it as a coating..
