Now that I have your attention-------

Weather conditions between Wed/Thur looked ideal for another trip, so I went (just for fun).

Could not believe it when I pulled into the lot----not one car was there=nobody on the pier at all and I'm starting to get a bad feeling about this. Seeing as I had multiple choices of where to start picked the "driver" seat at the very front of the bus, where I would remain until I left at 1.

Lake had a good roll first thing with only a light breeze. Didnt take too long and up comes decent size perch. The more the wind kicked up the better things got as the morning went on. Blew in some cooler temps at the bottom and with it came the perch and the sheepies as well. Funny thing they were mostly good size and not a lot of throwbacks. Went through two scoops of minnows and came away with pretty good catch of 18. People beside me (4) were working on some serious numbers as well. Hot spot was directly in front and the channel right near the mouth.

Have a few pics to put up later.

For once the regulars "should have been here":D:D:D
