John (Canvasback), Albert and I tried Bluff Bar for the 5th time this season. It was calm, warm and sunny this morning and we figured the pike would be really turned on. Unfortunately only the weather was better than average. We ended up landing 5 or 6 pike, three of which were close to 5 pounds and about as many SM Bass. John did land one of the bigger pike using his quick strike rig with a large minnow he got from Jimmy Carroll. We fished 3 hours and enjoyed ourselves therefore I guess it was a good day. Water temp was 53 to 55 F. No pictures again......nothing worthy of a photograph.
