Fishing Report Old cut April 4

Got out today.. and what a day. Late start started fishing around 1130, right around EC10, launched out of Post marina. First spot we anchored it was constant action. We ended up with 66 keepers and probably about 100 throw backs. Best day on the bay for me and my dad ever. One PB bass for me, estimated at 4.5 lbs and a nice eater pike. Absolute amazing day. They are closing the marinas as of tonight.. which sucks. But I hope everyone had as good as a day as we did! The bass went immediately back, healthy, and hoping to catch again on opening day. (Gf’s first trip onto Erie.. safe to say she’s sold.)

Thanks everyone. We went out initially just to test the boat and would have been happy with a dozen keepers. We out did ourselves today and I cannot complain. Sunburn and pictures to prove it lol. Lady E let us reap the bounty today. Cheers
