New Walleye Twist

A little something different.

No dust, no breading, no coating.

Everything bagel seasoning and Garlic+, gently fried in butter/veg oil mix, no salt or pepper added.

It didn't suck, will do again. LOL.

Bordering? It was worse than that @stomp, celery sticks with cheese, a few pickle slices and only a few fries, air fried. OMG

Actually, it was really good, my bagel of choice, and more.

That's all I eat when in Florida, everything blackened, yum.

Oh, and the blackening isn't by mistake. LOL.

Tried it Walleye does not standup to blackening very well. Catfish or Tilapia work much better.
