Hey guys. I bought this boat in the fall of 17. 16' sea nymph with a 40hp evinrude. Floor was rotten as all get. Engine didn't run so great. Over the fall and this spring I stripped it down to the hull and re did everything ground up. Here are some pics.

Now I still have the 40hp evinrude but with a 5hp kicker and a bow Mount trolling motor. Custom built pedastles. Custom live Wells. Built not bought ?. This is my biggest (decent) boat I've owned yet. Only had 12' and 14' tinners before. Really looking forward to how she preforms in Erie.

Great job. Hope she performs as good as she looks or better after all the hard work you've put into her.
 
Thanks guys! Means a lot! Took her out yesterday out of Burwell and she worked really good. Gotta get used to using the trim lol. Got soaked!
