Put on a fry for my ladies yesterday... Walleye, Perch and Pike... And triple fried fries... One platter of fish and coleslaw missing... lol

Put in oil till firm... Pull out... Place in paper towel lined bowl... Put in warm oven... Put next batch in... Rotate twice more till both batches have had 3 turns ...

Super crispy and still soft inside...

If they are hand cut fired we will blanch them. I’ll have to try this method sounds like a win!

always hand cut... potatoes should never be frozen... lol
