Lines down by 7am 100fow running harness down 50 to 60ft Found a school right away and started to do figure eights over it and had our 2 man limit by 9am. Most were cookie cutter size with a couple 6 pounders. Let a few small ones go that we're healthy enough to release. Had an old friend out in his boat which is a Tahoe not really a fishing boat. He had one rod and a clamp on holder ????...I gave him a 2 way radio we can communicate to help him out...the first call I get from him is he forgot to bring tackle box ????????...so I wrapped a couple harnesses on a noodle and sent over the side for him...he said he had a net ..perfect . Well I seen his net ..and was maybe a size for pan fish ????????..but he managed to scoop the care package ????..The next call I get from him was he dropped his holder overboard..OMG..????..but anyway he held on to his new trolling rod and dipsy and managed his 1 man limit ..????.. anyway after we had our limits we decided to go for bows...switched harness for spoons and RRFs and bumed the speed up ran lines down 30ft didn't get any bows but probably released another 15 or so eyes at around 11am decided the bows weren't coming out to play so packed up and headed in. What fun filled morning that was ????????????
