So wandering through Sobeys last week glanced down at the specials section of the seafood freezer and a long thin white filet caught my attention. 16 bucks for a decent mahi mahi slab, and I'm thinking - yup, I'm in

So tonight was the first half. Marinade in Soy balsamic, ginger and garlic for 30 mins. Tin foil bake on the Q with some farm fresh asparagus done the same. Serve with a side of basamti.

Yup that's a keeper

You have 3 things on your plate that I enjoy.

Always loved blackened seafood when I've been South. I need to explore more. :giggle:. 🌻
