likely a drowning victim that they never recovered a body. maybe now some family can get now get some solace

The original story basically says nothing other than a body found on shore.
No indication of the body showing signs of being washed up or if it happened on the shoreline more recently.
No need to jump to guesses without any information to base it on.

CH said this morning that it was a missing Fisherman from Ohio that went missing in May from there.

I'm sure the American family in Ohio will have at least some closure to this sad story.

It was a 59 year old fisherman from Pennsylvania who was lost in August according to this. At any rate, I hope this brings some peace to those he left behind.
