With the heavy winds we had last week and what is forecasted I had an opportunity to get out to fish the bay this afternoon. The livery had minnows and the bay had perch, piles and piles of dinks to sort! I ended up with 9 keepers and probably tossed back three to four times that many dinks. Spent most of my time away from the marsh since there were plenty of hunters and shots fired today so I fished in front of Pt Rowan in 7-8fow with only a couple of other boats. Perch are on ice till tomorrow for future virgin to deal with..... ill post more photos when they are on the table, for now I'm having a beer, shower then into bed to figure out how to explain getting a tan while "sick" in the middle of October

39 Rogers Ave, Port Rowan, ON N0E 1M0

Old cut Livery is typically closed this time of the year but do have self serve tanks by the gas docks. Make sure you bring exact change as there is no one there. $15 to launch and $7 scoop.

you can also try Lake Erie bait and tackle just off Turkey point road

What do you mean by "dinks"

It's a nickname for small perch, in my case not much bigger than the minnows I was using
