Scalloped
On the bbq cut up covered in cheese and onions wrapped in tin foil
Any which way

I first learned of it, I saw it at Noors variety
A small variety store that used to sell shawarmas. Before Shelby’s became super popular and took over the shawarma scene
The store has been closed for a few years now.
they would put it on a lot of the food there.

It was a winner! @stomp did a nice job on the grilling and a different kind of spice/salt/tang was a good change.
 
Does that stuff come in a smaller less economical container?

I'm the only one who likes spice in my house.

Cant say that I’ve seen it in a smaller container hahaha
I bought mine well over a year ago and still have half the container left
 
As much as I like to support local, Amazon can be great for tougher to find spices and hot sauces 😁
