Every once in a while I just open the door and grab something. No looking at the label until it's on the counter. Today's freezer surprise was flank steak. As we just did fish tacos last night, the Mexican mix was out. Found a marinade with garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, and rosemary with a dash of Worcester.
