First time longpoint ice fishing

Hey guys.
A few friends and I are going out with Jimmy riggings on Friday.
It's the first time any of us have ice fished on longpoint.
Any tips anyone can give me to make it a successful trip is appreciated.

please be careful phones and things like that will be grabbed right down the hole by the monster lurking there under the ice

make sure you have your license
pail /cooler for catch
be nice to the puppies abusing them is frowned at
minnow pail/small net/towel
usually gear hook remove
assortment of ice fishing tackle
couple rods tip ups

and have a fun time

That monster loves rods especially when your not watching.
Plus LPB is none for having a sore neck days end. Shallow looking down.
Take food, snacks, size 6 or 4 snelled hooks, sinkers, if fishing lite lb test small jigs, Buckshots, teardrops,
But remember that monster, and the Pike that love crashing through.
