Finally

Enough warmth and heat in the sun to get the grass growing. First walk around a friends pasture before lunch today yielded
12 pounds. Every year I get about 35 to 40 pounds from this one 10 acre pasture in 4 or 5 trips

Saved enough for a few meals and cleaned and vac packed 9 pounds. I usually always blanch for a minute and the into ice water.
Read that vac packing fresh removes all the oxygen so it will last longer. Ya right, won’t last any longer around me.
I’ll try both ways and find out.
