Fall perchin Nov 16 2011

Couldnt resist the urge for another shot at them (last weeks location). Just an ideal morning, overcast with breaks in the clouds, mild temps and just a hint of a breeze.



So I went.


Started to begin to do it to it around 8ish. (had to use a make shift stool to sit on----somebody had a seniors moment and LEFT IT AT HOME) Found this out about 5 minutes away from my destination

8:30----nothing in ze bucket


9:00----still nothing in ze bucket[:I]


10:00-----nope nothing in ze bucket



This does not look good.


11:00----would welcome a hit of any kind



Flailed away at it for another half hour.


11:30----I can take a hint-----so I left.


Next time I'll crush them

Holy crap packrat thats a slow day LOL. I guess we all need those days to remind us thats why its called fishing and not catching... Those days are pretty common on the river especially when we cant seem to get any rain, cold or snow... hint hint mother nature...

I think I do ok if I'm in the right boat (but I'm biased and I lie a lot). I do have to put up with you, but the other guys you bring along are pretty decent.

Hey Gord put away the perch gear and get down to the river. You know. The one where we first met and last saw each other. Fish are big, fresh and nuts! Lots around too.
