Economy tatle flag

Does anyone know if ang.outfitters carry the economy tatle flag kit...I dont need the regular one with the new clips, my planer has the clips.. also does anyone know if it's easy to install , like can I do it in the boat..

Just bought two from Angling Outfitters this evening and put together in my living room with a screwdriver easy enough to do on the boat.
I did watch YouTube video just to make sure I was doing it right.

There are lots of DIY options that are certainly cheap and work. Lots of videos floating around on what to buy and how to do it. Vs 15-29$ a set from a store.
