Just looking for suggestions on decoy weights for ponds and the bay . Seems like 4 , 5 and 6 oz. weights are common , when i see weights on decoys . what works best for each situation and why . I have a few different styles , but does it matter as to size of duck decoy and if they have weighted keels , as to what weight and or still to use . Have flat bars , tear drop , Mushroom ? and L or J shapes .
