Made it out around longpoint today. Launched the kayak nice and isolated....didnt manage any fish.
On a brighter note, the surface temps were anywhere from 48 to 52 in the shallower channels. So that means anytime now for the fishing to pick up, your not missing much right now.
Lots of boats out but the ramps were empty (dont even know if they are open by the looks of things).
Still a beautiful, full sun and low wind day on the water to brighten the spirits.
Just having a couple pops at the homestead down hereto top things off.
