You can order Cormorant decoys from Knutson's (www.knutsondecoys.com). They are made by "Sport Plast" and are available in four (4) types:
1) Standing Cormorant (1300) @ $26.99
2) Flying Cormorant with stake (1350) @ $29.99
3) Upright Cormorant Floater (FLFO 1301) @ $24.99
4) Laying Cormorant Floater (FLFO 1302) @ $24.99
The prices are from an old catalogue so they may be outdated by now.
