Church tackle

I've been researching different planer board methods. One thing I've found is church tackle tx-007. Stern planer boards. Anyone have them for Erie? Positive or negative thoughts? I think it would keep your lines closer together and allowing 2 more rods straight out back. Or is it just a waste of $ and effort?

I'll be running 4 lead. 2 off church walleye board. And 2 straight out back. If $ allows I want to run either 2 downriggers or 2 dipsy but those aren't for sure yet. I have 4, 7 colour lead right now

my thoughts are that you are new to multi rod game.
start with what you have then after you do not tangle them then maybe another pain of rods

I use the stern planer,They work very well. Get the depth, attach the stern planner let it out 150 ft.

No i do not, I only run mono.
