Anyone tried them? Did them on barrel smoker for first time and wow, I think it's the only way the family wants to eat brisket now. Just wish there was a place where you could buy the point portion only.
Absolutely love them but most times the family just doesn't want to wait for them.
As a side, the best description I can give for the boneless beef riblets I cooked the other day is 100 % burnt ends. The only thing missing was cutting them into bite sized pieces.
Two households watching for them to go on sale again.
