Had two feeds out of my garden already and many more to come ! Sometimes I shave Parmesan cheese on it or a pinch of Kosher salt after I pan boil them. Just enough water to cover them , bring to boil, shut off burner, serve and eat... nothing worse than overcooked greens...belch ! The mature (fatter) ones I like on the BBQ after they bathe in an Italian or Greek salad dressing. Some people save the bottom stalk for making soup ?
