    🌽

Looks awesome! I do it pretty much the same way but vacuum seal it. An electric knife does a great job cutting the kernels off.

Uniqpol in Brantford has them on sale this week for $3.49/lb and they are usually the best quality/size you can find. Just don't go there at lunch time, its a zoo...

    Over the top chili

I did another batch of "Over the top chili" yesterday on my Weber kettle. Very easy to do with a Traegar or any pellet grill as well. The chili is started inside on the stove with a dutch oven except without ground beef. Once the base is completed the dutch oven is put into the kettle along...

Lots of different accessories that can be bought for them now such as pizza ovens, different cast grates or woks. I do everything from smoked ribs and...

Anyone else ever done mashed potatoes on the grill?

I've tried this a few times now, turns out great! Soak a cedar plank for 3-4 hours then put the mashed potatoes on with a couple divots filled with butter. Then put the board on the BBQ for 1/2 hour or until the potatoes start to brown up. Makes a great way to "double bake" them.

    Pizza on the Barbie

Pizza on the barbeque was on the menu here tonight too. This is my second attempt with the pizza oven attachment for my Weber Kettle. Thanks for the tips on the parchment paper, it was a much better result this time around due to that!
