Brisket Burnt 🔥 Ends

Put a brisket on the Traeger around 11 last night along with a couple of trimmings. Just pulled off the chunks at around 190° and have them in the sauce now. Smoke 💨 💍 is there. Hopefully 🤞 I don’t dry out the packer like I did on my last cook.
