Hastings Perch

I see 2 tugs offshore at Hastings. At 6 AM this morning they were 2 distant white dots on the Southern horizon. I'm assuming they are there after perch. Wondering whether they are American ships because of how far they were offshore this morning?

Most likely out of Port Burwell ? I seen a big white one off Clear Creek heading East to those traditional fishing grounds aka Clear Creek Ridge at approx. 0700hrs. Sunday morning.
