First time using this method.
Seasoned with olive oil, sweet paprika, Montreal Chicken Rub and fresh ground salt.
Cooked on the smoker at 375* until 145* internal and then onto the gas grill at 550* to set the sauce and finish the cook.
Broccoli, mashed potatoes with gravy filled out the plate.
Likely some sliced peaches for dessert.
