it's on.... removed the mesh as we thought it might be part plastic. Just salt and pepper and a Meater. More to follow.

tasted great but honestly it was a little fatty. Glad I did it on the rotisserie, lots of fat in the drip tray. I think we'll stick to Racks or T-Bones from Red Dragon but we alway wanted to try a leg.
