Yours looks awesome. We got tired of the high percentage of fat in todays pork cuts so a few years age we switched and only use pork tenderloin (2 per recipe) when making pulled pork.

All that greasy, fatty goodness looks fantastic to me and I like the way you pulled it apart I wouldn't want it shredded any more then that but that's just me.
