Off Topic Winter project

With no local ice fishing this year , saint Williams can become a pretty slow town , so to fill the winter time out in the garage I started carving and torching this old table and set of chairs it’s pretty much finished now with a thick coat of clear , it’s not really fishing related but I thought I’d share it with you guys ,

No I could never make a living at it I just enjoy art projects, my dad is the real artist, about 10 years ago he bought a ww2 era training shell at a yard sale , it spent years used as a door stop in his shop until our local news paper did an article with pictures of Norfolk County vets from world war 2 along with the article were pictures of these vets , so he started painting them on this old shell , the results were fantastic and I think it adds to it thst these were actually local people
