Wanted to try a different way of cooking my chicken
So found this Buttermilk chicken recipe
Bought some chicken breasts that were on sale and went for it!

I’ll do that recipe again.
Some may find it a bit salty so may want to reduce the amount of salt

I haven’t tried fish in the air fryer yet
But I am confident it would turn out great
You just can’t use a wet batter like you would use when deep frying.

thanks - yes that makes sense - i didn't think a wet batter would work
